The Tax Claim Bureau offers Credit Card and e-check options to pay your delinquent taxes.   Please see below for information.         You may view and pay your delinquent real estate taxes using  the web which offers two different payment methods:     Credit card payment or On-line Electronic Check -You may make a payment by using your checking or savings account.  In addition, you may pay in person at any TD Bank Branch in Montgomery County.        All collections of delinquent real estate taxes filed with Montgomery County are being collected by Xspand.   In addition, all tax sales are being handled by Xspand.     For more information on delinquent real estate tax payment options, certification requests, and sales information, please click on the link for Xspand.                 Xspand may be reached at:             Xspand             115 S.
